Marcus Sundkvist is the new CEO of Tollco since the turn of the year.

Marcus Sundkvist is 42 years old, and in his free time, he enjoys spending time outdoors in the nature. Professionally, Marcus has a background in sales but has worked as CEO for various manufacturing companies for the past ten years. The latest is Giro Ventilation, a leading Swedish manufacturer of rectangular ventilation ducts.
“At university, I took some courses in environmental science and thought then that I would work with environmental issues full-time. Unfortunately, it never happened. But fortunately, I can now finally do that since Tollco’s concept involves that aspect. For example, due to water damage, you might need to tear out and install an entirely new kitchen. This has a very significant negative environmental impact, besides costing a lot of money, of course”, says Marcus, who is optimistic about Tollco’s future.
“We operate in an extremely important industry. The market is increasingly focusing on Tollco, not least because we work preventively against water damage. I think we are just at the beginning of that focus. Our business model aligns completely with the current strong focus on sustainability and the environment.”
In his initial time at Tollco, Marcus has devoted himself to getting to know his colleagues and understanding the company’s business areas and products.
“I have a background in sales, so I look forward to working closely with our existing customers and also taking Tollco’s concept to new markets. The export side has grown significantly in percentage terms in recent years, and I believe there are fantastic opportunities to develop it even more in the coming years”.
Marcus is now leading the internal work to develop a strategy focusing on growth for Tollco.
“We will be more proactive, and by that, I mean mainly in the aspect of focusing on the right things. We always focus on the client and build around that. If our clients are satisfied, it will go well for us. It’s really is as easy as that. Tollco offers a fantastic concept with a really good added value.”
