Sealant kits and gaskets – for both new kitchens, renovation projects and automotive

Tollco’s sealing products are used to create a completely watertight installation around pipes, hoses, or cables. By using dedicated seals, you ensure that water from leaks or condensation does not travel along pipes, hoses, or cables through the structure where the penetration is made — for example kitchen cabinets, floors, walls, or similar areas. The seals also protect against pests, dust, and smoke.

Tollco’s flexible seals are not only suitable for homes and kitchens – they are also an effective choice for caravans, motorhomes and other vehicles.
They seal pipe and cable penetrations, providing reliable protection against moisture, water, dust, odors and insects. Thanks to their flexible construction, they also reduce vibrations and deliver a clean, professional and durable finish.

All flexible seals are RISE-tested for moisture and water tightness, making them ideal for both new builds and renovations within the automotive segment.

Product types & variants

  • Flexible seals: Flexible membrane seals that create a tight fit around pipes, cables, and hoses — ideal for new installations. The frame is made of PP plastic and the elastic membrane of TPE. Easy to use for sealing diameters from Ø 8mm to Ø 88mm. No sealants required.
  • Sealant kits: Complete kits containing sealant, cover collars in different dimensions, and sealing components for pipes, hoses, and cables ranging from Ø 8mm to Ø 88mm.
  • Sealing strips (e.g., triangular strip): Elastic, formable strip (often butyl-based) used to seal joints between the kitchen cabinet frame and the cabinet insert — preventing water from seeping out at the bottom of the cabinet.
  • Sealing tape (double- or single-sided): Self-adhesive sealing tape for clean, dry surfaces — used for simpler sealing or joint solutions where a formable sealant or strip may not be optimal.
  • Sealant paste / sealing compound: Used for special penetrations or when standard collars or sealing bands are not sufficient — creates a tight seal around pipes, hoses, and penetrations.

  • All seals and penetrations help create a waterproof installation when combined with underlays, cabinet inserts, or floor trays — water is directed away or collected and becomes visible in case of leakage.
  • Products (e.g., flexible collars) are tested for moisture and water tightness, including testing by RISE.
  • The range covers everything from standard installations to complex penetrations with various pipe/cable dimensions.

Choosing the right sealing solution

  • Choose flexible seals when: You are installing a new kitchen with new water and drainage pipes. Flexible seals give a tight and easy-to-install solution without glue.
  • Renovation or retrofit where pipes are already in place → The sealing kit works well, thanks to the openable (split) seals and multiple size options.
  • Choose a sealant kit when:Pipes are already installed (e.g., during renovation). The openable collars and multiple size options make these ideal for existing installations.
  • Choose sealing strips when: You need a seal between cabinet and insert — for example between a sink-base insert and the cabinet frame.
  • Choose sealant paste when: You have unusual pipe dimensions or special penetrations where standard seals do not fit.
  • For a fully water-protected kitchen: Always combine sealing products with underlays, cabinet inserts, floor protection, and sensors connected to water alarms or leakage breakers.

Installation & Additional Recommendations

  • To meet water safety requirements for kitchens, combine: seal + cabinet insert/underlay/tray + sensor + water alarm or leakage breaker.
  • Ensure the seal fits tightly around the pipe and that the membrane or collar sits firmly against the surface.
  • Use flexible collars for new kitchens; openable collars for renovation projects.
  • Combine with other parts of the WaterSafe Kitchen System (Vattensäkert Kök) for complete water protection.

Integration with other protection systems
