When we decided to replace the kitchen, we spend a lot of time finding the nicest tile, the floor, the countertop. Where should we place the new fridge and freezer? Much to be planned and determined. It’s fun though time consuming.
But why do so many forget about protecting the new dream kitchen from water damage? Because it’s boring, nothing is seen. But it makes good use! How fun is it to tear out the new fine kitchen when you discover that a water pipe has dropped for several months.
