Tollco Cabinet Sink Liners – engineered to fit your needs

Tollco’s cabinet sink liners are installed directly on the bottom surface of kitchen sink cabinets—either in new builds or during renovation—to prevent costly water damage. They create a sealed, smooth and easy-to-clean surface that collects and directs water toward the front, making leaks visible before they cause harm.

All liners are manufactured in Sweden from impact-resistant PP plastic and are type-approved (TG 0505/01). They are also certified by third-party assessment systems such as Byggvarubedömningen and SundaHus.

Product Series

Standard: Available in seven standard widths (40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90 and 100 cm) and several depths (51.5–59 cm). Designed for new construction, kitchen production, and most renovation projects. Popular among kitchen manufacturers and suitable for many ROT installations.
Custom made: Developed for large-scale kitchen manufacturers or projects that require special dimensions or design features. Custom liners provide the same sealed, smooth cabinet base but with full flexibility and short lead times. Not sold individually.
Universal: Designed specifically for ROT renovations where existing cabinet dimensions vary. Fits common widths (40–100 cm) and offers greater depth flexibility to adapt to older cabinet structures. Sold individually.

Installation & Complementary Recommendations

For a complete watertight installation, cabinet liners should always be paired with appropriate accessories—such as sealing kits for water pipes and drains, and proper feed-throughs for dishwasher hoses (e.g. Diaflex).

Tips:

Integrate a water alarm or leakage breaker sensor for maximum safety.
During renovation, inspect all pipes and connections under the sink to ensure no existing leaks or moisture.
