Dishwasher Tray – Leak Protection for Dishwashers

Tollco’s collection trays and floor protection systems are placed beneath kitchen cabinets and appliances to protect hidden floor areas from leaks and condensation. By directing any water forward to a visible point, the risk of extensive and costly water damage is significantly reduced — a key component of the “Water-Safe Kitchen” concept.

Product Series

G-serien: A closed collection tray with raised edges on all sides. Installed under cabinet frames, such as beneath the kitchen sink cabinet, to protect the floor from hidden leaks. Available in multiple standard widths, e.g., 396×415 mm, 596×415 mm, and suitable for both new installations and renovations.
GD-serien: A closed tray with raised edges, specifically developed for appliances such as dishwashers and washing machines that are installed beneath kitchen cabinets. The tray is placed on the floor before the kitchen cabinets are installed. The series is available in several sizes, for example 446×495 mm, 596×495 mm, 790×495 mm.

Made from impact-resistant PP plastic (polypropylene).
Type-approved according to 0505/01, certified under Regulation 057 (Collection Trays for White Goods).
Can be connected to other leak protection components using edge clamps (e.g., AquaClip) to create a complete protection system beneath the kitchen cabinetry.
Designed in multiple standard dimensions for simple installation and optimal coverage.

Which Series Should You Choose?

Choose the G-serien when protecting the floor beneath cabinets or kitchen units during new builds or renovations.
Choose the GD-serien when installing appliances under cabinetry (dishwashers, washing machines) or when the floor needs protection before the kitchen is assembled.
For full-system leak protection across the entire kitchen base (cabinets + appliances), modularity and connection with accessories such as AquaClip are recommended.
Always combine with a sensor for a water alarm or leak shutoff device.

Installation & Additional Recommendations

Install trays before cabinet frames where required (especially for the GD-Series).
Ensure the tray covers the entire intended floor area and that outlet points direct water forward and visibly.
When installing multiple trays, use the edge clamp to connect water flow between units.
Always combine with a sensor for water alarms or leak shutoff devices.
Make sure the floor surface is clean, even, and free from obstructions that could prevent proper water flow toward the outlet.
