Passive and active protection – Coffee machine or oven with fixed water connection
Passive protection
A water connected oven or coffee machine must have a drip tray placed underneath. The tray must have fixed sensors connected to a water alarm.
Active protection
The sensors on the tray must be connected to a water alarm.
Note: If the coffee machine is installed outside the kitchen, the equipment must be connected to a water fault circuit breaker.
* Active products must always be used together with sensors. We offer several models and lengths.
