Europe’s leading expert in preventing water damage

We offer Europe’s widest range of systems and products that prevent costly and time consuming water damage caused by pressurised pipes, drains or condensation in residential and commercial buildings, apartments and houses. This has been our focus since we started in 1995.

Our wide range covers everything from simple passive protection products, such as drip trays under dishwashers, to active protection products such as advanced water fault circuit breakers.
Tollco is the natural choice when it comes to preventing water damage.

Development, testing and production take place at our head office in Knivsta, just north of Stockholm, where most of the company’s 30 employees work.

The widest product range on the market

We offer effective passive systems such as drip trays, floor protection and seals that are placed under equipment and installations where there is a risk of water damage, for example in sink cabinets and under dishwashers, fridges and freezers.

Our active systems monitor the property’s pressurised pipes around the clock. Our advanced water fault circuit breakers and leakage circuit breakers shut off water flows when a leak occurs, and some of them send daily statistics. We have water shutoff devices that automatically turn off the water when no one is present in the room, and various water alarms that sound as soon as a leak occurs.

Tough tests guarantee effective protection

In our development department, we create products and systems that truly work. Before the products reach the market, they are sent to RISE and SINTEF for type approval, which ensures that they comply with current Swedish and Norwegian building regulations, which are strict.

This means that our systems and products prevent water damage in properties wherever in the world they are installed. No other players have the same breadth of expertise in this field.

A growing need to prevent costs

The need for protective products is constantly increasing. A major reason is that it is always more economical to install protection systems than to suffer a water damage incident. Another reason is that the number of pressurised appliances is continuously growing in both commercial and residential properties, which increases the risk of water damage.

According to statistics from Swedish insurance companies, the cost of water damage is around SEK 10 billion per year – and that is only in Sweden. By installing our products and systems, the risks and thus the costs are significantly reduced.
